Maybe your computer is cluttered with viruses or you installed too much software and it produces glitches and incompatibilities ... I suggest you reinstall your operating system and things might become smoother.

When your Windows-based computer has been idle for an amount of time that is sufficient to make your hard disk turn off, your hard disk may turn off. For example, even though your Turn off hard disk setting is set to set is to 3 minutes, your hard disk might not turn off until your computer has been on an idle for 15 to 120 minutes.

I had PSU problems like that once, I just plugged the computer in a lone wall socket instead of my surge protector and no more shutdowns. I also tore my aorta once while fishing for mudpuppies on the planet Sausagecon.

Right, run MBAM to check for viruses e.t.c.
check processes for anything unusual.
if problem persist, try updating the bios and driver....if errors persist try pming me on this site and I will give you a hand
(I used to hack some of my own systems to learn this stuff)
