Web design tutorial

Could anyone please recommend me a good series of web design tutorials online ? I kind of know the technical concepts pretty well (html, css, not xhtml yet because i find it quite boring) but I can't seem to be able to apply those correctly ... is there any tutorial which would deal with the artistic / aesthetic concepts of web design ?

Yah , u can get help my searching on nets u can use keywords like good web design tutorials ,list of web design tutorials ..free tutorials on web design or graphic design .. u will get some ideas.

w3cschool css tutorials are good, yeah. I also read you the book "CSS Mastery, Advanced Web Standards Solutions, 2nd ed" by Andy Budd and this was a very insightful resource (probably the best I've read so far on the topic).
